XSpeak is your live meeting companion for Mac, iPad, and iPhone. It transcribes conversations in real time, identifies speakers, and uses on-device AI to surface insights and suggestions while the meeting is still happening. Everything runs locally.

1. Install XSpeak from the App Store and open it
2. Complete the initial setup:
   • Grant microphone access when prompted
   • Optionally create a voice profile so the app recognizes your voice from the start
3. When your meeting begins, press Start Recording
4. The app will transcribe in real time and label each speaker as "You" or "Other". Rename speakers in the transcript to give them proper names. XSpeak will remember their voice and identify them automatically in future conversations
5. To get AI insights (Pro), use any of the following:
   • Open AI Actions and choose Full Analysis, Insights, Suggestion, or Summary
   • Type a custom question in the text field at the bottom
   • Enable Real-time Insights in the bottom panel for automatic live analysis throughout the meeting

• Train your voice profile in Settings for more accurate speaker identification. The more you correct speakers in the transcript, the better the app learns to recognize them
• Use custom AI skills in Settings to tailor the analysis to your specific meeting types
• All recordings and transcripts are stored locally. You can delete them anytime from the app settings
